Norwalk, CT
Salsa is the partner dance that developed from Mambo in the late-20th century. While the dance has roots in Latin American, African, and Caribbean cultures, it became prominent in the major metropolitan cities of the United States and has grown to prominence internationally. Salsa "on 2" is one of many versions of Salsa and is sometimes known as "New York style Salsa." This dance is essential for your well-rounded dance experience.
This day is for beginners who want to learn Salsa. In these workshops, Salsa "on 2" will be taught from the basics, progressing as much as the dancers can learn.
* No partner required.
