Our West Coast Swing classes in Norwalk, CT are still growing. Our Week 1 class on Thursday, September 3, 2015 was attended by 37 dancers, of which 13 were newcomers to West Coast Swing. Our regular dancers attend the beginner class to continuously improve their basic knowledge (a true dancer never graduates from a beginner class) and to warm up for the Intermediate/Advanced class afterwards.

We had 30 dancers in the West Coast Swing beginner class in Norwalk, CT on August 20, 2015. This was wonderful because it was a Week 3 (of a 4 week series). There is a lot of momentum building in our dance classes. Our Intermediate class also had 30 people and our dance was attended by over 50 people. This is definitely one of the best West Coast Swing scenes in Connecticut.

Dance Dimensions New Dance Floor - February 2, 2015
During the winter storm on February 2, 2015, Dance Dimensions replaced its entire dance floor. Formerly, the floor was a high-gloss, very fast surface. The new dance floor is perfect without any separations and a excellent service for all partner dancing.

Freedom Swing 2015
Sandrine Menoret had a good time at Freedom Swing 2015. The event was a fun time and well managed. It had opportunities for newcomers and professionals alike and had great late-night social dancing.

It's not every day that two legends of different dance worlds come together. But Kat Wildish, renown ballet teacher at the Ailey Extension program; and John Festa, WCS DJ Legend shared their first dance at the Platinum Party on Fri, Oct 19, 2012. It was a sweet birthday moment for Anna.
Swing Niagara totally rocked, especially for Anna (1st Place Open Hustle, 1st Place All-Start Strictly WCS, 3rd Place Int Jack & Jill (which qualifies her to move into the Advanced division)).

Our Swingin Into Spring group was incredible. We had 44 people in our group and had numerous placements in almost all divisions. We had a special "Tic-Tac-Toe" in the Newcomer division (3 placements in a row: 2nd, 3rd, 4th place).

Boston Tea Party was a sea of Orange (our group color). We had over 35 people in our group. Shot-glass toasts, group dinner, and Cheer Team made this one of the memorable events. See the pictures!

MADjam was a great event for West Coast Swing and Hustle. We had 12 people who made the trip to Reston, VA (but only 4 made it into the picture). Here is my review and our group placements.
Our West Coast Swing Advanced Class did an impressive job with our February routine. A little bit of hard work and a good song can make your night an outstanding life-time experience.
The Platinum Party brought out people from both the West Coast Swing and Hustle world on Feb 17, 2012. We also had a few people from the West Coast Swing workshops at The Ailey Extension earlier this month.

Anna had an awesome dance with the amazing Alex Kim at the Hustle Room at the NY Salsa Congress on Sept 5.· There were 1000s (no exaggeration) of salsa dancers exposed to top-level Hustle during this Labor Day weekend event.

Hustle is the most dynamic dance of the dance-family. Tuesday Hustle on Dec 8, 2009 is still representing this fierce dance. It's a great dance to have fun, get in shape and meet a bunch of new people.

It's hard to know on which night to go to dance in Norwalk....especially with a dance as fierce as Hustle! Our last dance of 2008 on Tues, Dec 30 had 30 hard core dancers and our guest instructor Steve Neeren from NYC.
Well - That's it! 2008 is over. But, 2009 is going to make last year look like a practice party. See you there!
Over 30 dancers tore the roof off of Rhythm in Norwalk on Monday night, Dec 29 (yes, Monday) when West Coast Swing 
and Open Mic night came together. The house band, The Bad Catz were a special treat for our dancers.
