Music: will be of the full ballroom spectrum with an extra splash of West Coast Swing and Hustle music.
Dinner: delicious buffet dinner, dessert, coffee

8:00pm:
West Coast Swing Lesson with Erik Novoa & Christina Dufour (Basic), followed by special demonstration.

Guest Instructors Erik Novoa and Christina Dufour

Erik Novoa is a nationally top-ranked West Coast Swing and Hustle dancer. He has appeared on the "Today Show" where he took 1st Place in a televised hustle contest. Erik also won 1st Place in the Professional Classic Division at Mid Atlantic Dance Jam in Baltimore, Pacific Hustle & Salsa Dance Classic in San Francisco and Hustle USA in New Jersey.  He is the only West Coast Swing instructor ever to have taught at the prestigious Steps on Broadway and The Ailey Extension.

Christina Dufour's love for dancing began at age 5 performing in the styles of Jazz and Hip-Hop. A professional career competing and teaching with Fred Astaire Dance Studios came later, giving Christina extensive knowledge of various styles of partnered dancing; including Ballroom, Latin, and Alternative. Her versatility on the dancefloor expanded after venturing into the social dance scene. You will often find her in NYC these days dancing Hustle, West Coast Swing, Zouk, and Fusion dances. She puts on professional showcases with various partners and offers independent private instruction upon request. Known for her work in business, Christina can relate to the stress in her student’s outside world and helps facilitate using the art of dance as a way to relax, enjoy life, and grow as an individual. Her varied background has helped Christina to offer comprehensive yet clear instruction while inspiring students to connect with their own expansive potential. She is a compassionate and intuitive teacher who offers an invigorating, fun, and non-judgmental environment for her students.

Important Information:

Most GPS systems will take you to the front entrance where there is a sign for the Portuguese Club, you will see a soccer field and 3 large brick buildings.  The PCC is to the back and left of the parking lot as you enter.

If your GPS says you are there and you don't see it, you are in the back (with no entrance) If the GPS is saying it is on your left, just drive around it to find the entrance i.e., go left, left and left into the driveway at 65 Sand Pit Rd.
